asmaa
Hi, I’m Asmaa. I’m 29 years old, and some of my happiest memories are from the kitchen, standing beside my mom as she showed me how to stir, season, and taste with care. She never made cooking feel like a chore—it was always about sharing stories, laughter, and little secrets that only a mother passes down. Those moments shaped the way I see food today: not just as meals, but as love you can serve on a plate.
Of course, I wasn’t perfect at the start. I burned rice more times than I can count, spilled flour all over the counter, and once added way too much salt. But my mom never scolded me—she smiled and reminded me that mistakes are part of learning. That patience taught me to keep going, and slowly, I began to find my own rhythm and style in the kitchen.
Now, cooking has become my way of staying connected to those lessons. Every recipe I make feels like carrying a piece of my mother’s wisdom forward, but with my own little twist. Here, I share food that’s simple, comforting, and full of heart—because the best dishes are the ones made with love.
